Brief Overview:

Capsoulate is available to the public in the iOS and Google Play app stores, though offering a pilot program for education institutions is an added priority. 

​

Offering this Pilot will empower parents to document precious moments in their children's lives, both within and beyond the classroom, creating a timeless collection of memories. Their interest, mannerisms, voice, personality, and more would be forever preserved on the platform. This not only recognizes the fleeting nature of childhood but also ensures that these moments can be revisited for generations to come. Secondly, parents are also able to create their own legacies alongside their child's / children's profile/s. After a student graduates, each is able to manage and contribute to their own account; allowing them to continue preserving their legacy.

 

A successful implementation of this platform will not only enhance the educational journey, but also pave the way for potential integration into higher education and afterwards in the real world. Essentially, Capsoulate is a lifelong companion, capturing and safeguarding users' experiences from student life through their evolution into active members of society.

The following is a breakdown of expected EDU Functionalities.

1.   EDU Filing Function - A module to publish education / school related documents, images, or videos to. This could include current/past homework assignments, grade summaries, student artwork / crafts, parent-teacher conferences, day-to-day student activities + moments of noteworthy accomplishments, and so much more. The purpose of this module would be to forever preserve a significant portion of someone’s life, being that of K-12 education in addition to higher education also. Universities would be able to view firsthand the character and overall type of person a prospective student is - in addition to the common barriers to entry pertaining to state examinations. This particular functionality may also allow for a video montage of the student’s life as a student leading up to their graduation day

It is worth noting that this particular module could align well in conjunction with the “Timeline” function of the Capsoulate platform in which case significant events are recorded in the day-to-day life of a student / user. The voice of children, for example, transitions overtime - with the sound of youth fading into obscurity by high school age. These evolving voices would be captured on the platform.

 

2.   EDU Scheduling Function - A module to publish student activity calendars, keep track of extracurricular activities, host live-parent teacher conferences, obtain signed documentation from parents (such as waivers for field-trips), fundraising endeavors and other likewise publications. The purpose would be for faculty, students, and parents to have access to this information in real time and can not only interpret it as it's meant to be, but also engage with such situations as live conferences, the signing of documentation, and etc.

 

3.   EDU Insights - A module aimed at tracking faculty, staff, and student turnover at your institution by gauging their job/student satisfaction, performance, and track record. This would involve completing voluntary data collection prompts in which would be internally analyzed and categorized moving forward - ultimately prescribing solutions for reducing faculty, staff, and student turnover. Administrators would be able to access these files as well as contribute to them.

 

4.   Other Functions your Institution would like to be Included on the Platform - We are open to request for additional functionality and am negotiable on the licensing for such added offerings.
